This week's question is: Do you Listen to audiobooks? Why, or why not?
When I was younger my dad would drive to Chicago to pick me up from visiting my mom and bring me back to Toronto (I believe this was a 7 hour drive something like that) and on the way back home to Toronto we would listen to an audio tape of a book usually of a mystery. They were fun because I was with my dad so we could laugh at certain parts together or try to guess the mystery. That was the only time I ever listened to audio tapes.
I don't really have an interest in listening to books on tape. I prefer the book in my hand and envisioning the characters myself. Besides, My attention span is horrible when I'm listening. I would have to rewind and listen to the scene again if I was listening on to an audiobook.
I like audiobook. I listen to it everyday now. But I read the book first, then listen to the audiobook (the same book of course). Sometimes the audiobook narrator is so good I can listen to her talking everyday. Sometimes I understand the book better by listening to audiobook. But I listen to the same book at least five times though. Thank you for sharing your answer.

I agree, I can't pay attention long enough to listen to a whole audiobook. I get really bored, really fast :/
